Foul Penalty Call Procedure in Futsal
The ball must be stationary and the performer cannot touch the ball a second time until another player, from his team or the opposing team, has touched the ball.
The ball is in play as soon as it is kicked with the foot and moves clearly.
What is the distance from the Barrier before the Foul is taken in Futsal?
While the ball is not in play, all opponents must remain:
