WHAT ARE VOLLEYBALL TECHNIQUES
The Main Volleyball Techniques are the Serve or Service, the Rinterception or Pass, the Lifting, the Attack (Cut), the Lock and the Defense.
SAQUE TECHNIQUE IN VOLLEYBALL
The Loot or Service is one of volleyball’s main techniques, it is the act of putting the ball into play. In the language of Volleyball, the Loot is the foundation that starts a Rally. A well-executed looting is one that makes it difficult to receive (Pass) from the opposing team, will make players in the receiving team have to move away from their positions and thus have more difficulty performing an Attack.
“Rally in Volleyball are all the actions that happen in the game from the moment a serve takes place until the moment a team scores a point. With each new loot a new Rally is started.”
According to the FIVBVolleyball Rulesthe sacador player must stay behind the bottom line of his court, region called a loot zone or service. See also: All Volleyball Rules.
Loot-related rules
“The Loot Zone or Volleyball Service is a 9-meter-wide area behind the Bottom Line on either side of the court.”
VOLLEYBALL LOOT TYPES
There are three types or styles of Serve in volleyball: the Serve Underneath, the Serve On Top,and the Serve on top with jump or Serve Trip to the Bottom of the Sea (Serve Trip).
The LOOT UNDERNEATH
It’s a kind of slower loot, in which the ball travels higher over the net. It is the most suitable serve for beginners in Volleyball.
